3.1 The Object of the CIO is the relief of poverty and/or sickness in the Area of Benefit by the provision and maintenance of social housing in the form of Almshouse accommodation. 3.2. Residents of the Almshouses shall be persons who (except in special cases to be approved by the commissioners): 3.2.1 are inhabitants in the Area of Benefit; or 3.2.2 have a spouse, child, brother or sister who are resident in the Area of Benefit. 3.3 In this constitution the expression โ€œArea of Benefitโ€ shall mean the Parish of Clifton-upon-Dunsmore in the Rugby borough of Warwickshire.
