TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR TALENTED YOUNG CHORAL SINGERS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITY, COMPETENCE, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING; SUPPORTING THE CONTINUATION OF THE CHORAL GENRE INTO THE FUTURE.
