THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH CHRISTIAN-BASED OUTREACH SERVICES AND THE PROVISION OF A SAFE PLACE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND PROMOTING THEIR MORAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE. 3) THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE.
