IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS TO THE OXFORD HOSPITALS CHARITY FOR SPECIFIC PROJECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN CHOSEN DUE TO THEIR SUITABILITY DEEMED BY THE TRUSTEES, WITH A FOCUS ON IMPROVING THE EQUIPMENT, RESEARCH AND FACILITIES WITHIN THE RENAL, TRANSPLANT, HEART AND DEMENTIA DEPARTMENTS; AND - TO ASSIST SOCIAL CARE WORKERS WITHIN THE UK, BY IMPROVING THEIR FINANCIAL, PROFESSIONAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS TO THE CARE WORKERS CHARITY FOR SPECIFIC PROJECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN CHOSEN DUE TO THEIR SUITABILITY DEEMED BY THE TRUSTEES. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
