TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD MENTAL HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING OR ARE AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING MENTAL ILL-HEALTH, BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, GUIDANCE, PEER SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND ENCOURAGE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES.
