THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITS OF PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF THOSE IN YATE, CHIPPING SODBURY AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES IN SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A) PROVISION OF LENDING BICYCLES, ASSOCIATED ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT FOR AN AGREED PERIOD OF TIME TO THEM TO ENABLE THEM TO CYCLE AND HAVE ACCESS TO THE BENEFITS OF CYCLING;B) TRAINING, RESOURCES AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF CYCLING AND;C) ACTING AS ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO IMPROVE LOCAL INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT INCREASED CYCLING.
