3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:3.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS;3.1.2 TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; AND3.1.3 TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO:(A) ENABLE YOUNG PEOPLE TO BE BETTER ABLE TO ENGAGE WITH THEIR EDUCATION; AND(B) SUPPORT FAMILIES AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR ECONOMIC NEED,BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT CHILDREN'S EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT AND TO SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES, RESOURCES, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
