TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE RESIDENTS OF ROCHDALE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING ABOUT HORTICULTURE, BIODIVERSITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY IN AND AROUND THE COMMUNITY GARDEN.
