PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS, ENSURING ACCESS TO NECESSITIES SUCH AS WARM CLOTHING, TOILETRIES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, AND FURNITURE;II. DISTRIBUTING HYGIENE KITS, CLOTHING, FOOD, AND WINTER BAGS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL CHARITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO THE HOMELESS AND REFUGEES;III. ASSISTING LOCAL REFUGEES AND DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES WITH ITEMS NEEDED FOR DAILY LIFE, INCLUDING CLOTHING, FURNITURE, AND LAPTOPS, TO HELP THEM REBUILD THEIR LIVES AND CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
