INFORMING, EDUCATING AND SUPPORTING FAMILIES IN THE FEEDING AND NURTURING OF BABIES AND YOUNG CHILDREN. 3. EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES TO SUPPORT BREASTFEEDING THROUGH THE SHARING OF INFORMATION, TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, AND VOLUNTEERING. 4. REDUCING POVERTY, PARTICULARLY AMONG MOTHERS, BABIES AND YOUNG FAMILIES, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND RESOURCES TO IMPROVE HEALTH, WELL-BEING AND LIFE CHANCES.
