THE PREVENTION OF CYBER-CRIME AND IDENTITY THEFT THROUGH FREE OR LOW COST, AND SECURE COLLECTION AND DATA-ERASURE OF DATA-BEARING DEVICES.3. THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:A. THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, RE-USE, RECLAMATION, RECYCLING, AND THE USE OF RECYCLED PRODUCTS;B. ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF A CIRCULAR ECONOMY, WASTE GENERATION, WASTE MANAGEMENT AND WASTE RECYCLING.
