Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING POVERTY AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SUNNINGHILL. SUBJECT TO THAT, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME AS FOLLOWS:3.1.1 IN RELIEVING AGE OR SICKNESS AMONG THE SAID INHABITANTS;3.1.2 IN PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING (WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE) FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION;3.1.3 IN PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES; AND3.1.4 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
