THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG WOMEN AGED 16 TO 25 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY INCREASING THEIR ENGAGEMENT WITH FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND PROMOTING FINANCIAL LITERACY, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CIO TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CREATION AND GROWTH OF AN ONLINE EDUCATION PLATFORM, WORKSHOPS, LECTURES AND SEMINARS DESIGNED TO EQUIP YOUNG WOMEN WITH ESSENTIAL MONEY MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND LITERACY IN FINANCIAL MARKETS, MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES AND CAREERS PRESENTATIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO MAKE INFORMED FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND SUPPORT THEIR CONFIDENCE AND ENGAGEMENT IN FINANCIAL AFFAIRS.
