THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED TO FURTHER THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGHOUT THE UK, PAKISTAN, AND TURKEY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY REFUGEE GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN:- 1 - TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP AMONGST PEOPLE IN NEED ESPECIALLY THOSE DISPLACED BY CONFLICT, PERSECUTION, OR POVERTY, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO MEET THEIR HEALTH, WELFARE, AND BASIC NEEDS, INCLUDING FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, CLEAN WATER, AND SANITATION PROJECTS. 2 - TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE IN NEED BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION PROGRAMMES, TUTORING, SCHOLARSHIPS, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, AND LANGUAGE SUPPORT. 3 - TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN NEED BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE INITIATIVES, MEDICAL REFERRALS, HEALTH AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS, BASIC HEALTH KITS, CLEAN WATER INITIATIVES, AND OTHER HEALTH-RELATED PROJECTS. 4 - TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY RUNNING EMPOWERMENT AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES, BUILDING SKILLS, AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY, AND BY WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SCHOOLS, COUNCILS, HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, AND COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANISATIONS.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY.
