THE OBJECT OF THE CREDO CARE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION TO LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN ENGLAND AND WALES WITH DISABILITIES, SPECIAL AND COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS IN ORDER TO MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO THEIR HOMES, OR THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCOMMODATING THOSE DISABILITIES AND OTHER NEEDS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CREDO CARE FOUNDATION FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
