TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE, AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL, WELFARE AND WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR PARTICIPANTS.
