THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY EARLY YEARS EDUCATION AND CHILDCARE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHILDREN LIVING IN WOLVERCOTE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, THE CIO AIMS TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND INCLUSION BY ENSURING THAT ITS SERVICES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL CHILDREN AND FAMILIES REGARDLESS OF BACKGROUND, ABILITY, OR CIRCUMSTANCES, AND TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, WELLBEING, AND SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF CHILDREN THROUGH EARLY YEARS PROVISION.THE CIO ALSO SEEKS TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A WELCOMING AND ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENT FOR FAMILIES, ENCOURAGING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL ORGANISATIONS TO SUPPORT CHILDREN AND THEIR CARERS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
