3.1 TO PRESERVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE WHOLE OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF GODINTON AS SHALL OR MAY HEREAFTER BE VESTED IN THE CIO OR IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE CIO SHALL HAVE ANY INTEREST AND WHICH ARE OF NATIONAL, SCENIC, HISTORIC, ARCHITECTURAL, AESTHETIC, SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL, OR ARTISTIC INTEREST OR IMPORTANCE.3.2 TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE THE AMENITIES OF GODINTON HOUSE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.3.3 TO PRESERVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS AN ADJUNCT TO GODINTON THE CHATTELS AND SUCH OTHER CHATTELS OF ANY DESCRIPTION AS ARE ORDINARILY KEPT AT GODINTON OR WHICH MAY BE GIVEN OR LOANED TO THE CIO AND WHICH THE CHARITY TRUSTEES CONSIDER TO BE APPROPRIATE TO BE KEPT AT GODINTON.3.4 TO FACILITATE AND ENCOURAGE ACCESS TO AND THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF GODINTON AND THE CHATTELS AND SUCH OTHER CHATTELS AS AFORESAID BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.3.5 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
