THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, SO AS TO SUPPORT THEIR DEVELOPMENT IN LIFE AND HELP THEM INTEGRATE INTO THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
