TO PERMIT THE AFORESAID LAND AND PREMISES KNOWN FORMERLY AS PRINCE ANDREW’S CHAPEL TO BE USED, OCCUPIED AND ENJOYED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE TRUSTEES AND FOLLOWING THE FORMS OF FELLOWSHIP AND DOCTRINE AS LAID OUT IN APPENDIX B OF THE ORIGINAL DEED.PROVIDED THAT NOTHING IN THESE OBJECTS SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
