SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF MUSICIANS, COMPOSERS AND OTHER MUSIC PROFESSIONALS, PARTICULARLY EMERGING ARTISTS, THROUGH PERFORMANCE, TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES; 5. INCREASING ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY MUSICAL EXPERIENCES FOR COMMUNITIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE FACE BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING YOUNG PEOPLE, DISADVANTAGED GROUPS AND UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES; 6. COMMISSIONING, CREATING, PRESERVING AND DISSEMINATING MUSICAL WORKS AND RELATED CULTURAL RESOURCES; AND 7.
