Objects of the Charity3.1 The objects of the Charity (the “Objects”) are:3.1.1 To relieve financial hardship by paying grants to beneficiaries who are resident in Bedford provided that the Trustees may suspend or terminate the appointment of a beneficiary; and3.1.2 For use in Bedford, or for the benefit of persons who are residents of Bedford, for the public benefit, for all purposes that are charitable under the laws of England and Wales from time to time.
