TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFORM BY ALLEVIATING THEIR SUFFERING OR ASSISTING THEIR RECOVERY.3. TO RELIEVE PERSONS UNDER 25 RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN THEIR TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT NEEDS.4. THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE THOSE ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCEBY: (A) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO THEM; OR (B) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR (C) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCE. 5.
