The purposes of the charity shall be to apply the income of the charity in making grants or gifts- (a) To the following categories of persons, being persons whose home (or in the case of students their parents? or guardians? home) is in the Parish of Corston at the date of the grant or gift? (i) Those who are aged over 75 years (ii) Those who are recently bereaved (iii) Those who are in poor health (iv) Those who are unemployed (v) 6th Form, college or university students (vi) The parents or guardians (including single parents or guardians) of children who in the Trustees? opinion need assistance with the cost of school uniforms or books or electronic equipment required for the children?s education.
