(a) to relieve elderly people resident in Devon and Cornwall who are in need, by providing housing and items, services or facilities calculated to relieve the needs of such persons;(b) to relieve, either generally or individually, persons resident in Devon and Cornwall who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress, by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilitiescalculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons;(c) to further such charitable purposes as are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the charity trustees may from time to time determine.
