THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES, IN PARTICULAR WHERE TO DO SO CONTRIBUTES TO THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY; B.
