(2) THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY FOR SUCH ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES BY WAY F DONATIONS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS TO INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS WHICH PROVIDE OR UNDERTAKE TO PROVIDE SUCH ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITES FOR SUCH PERSONS.
