WHERE THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT/INAPPROPRIATE APPLICANTS FROM THE AREA OF BENEFIT, THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER OTHERWISE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS RESIDENT IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST ALDATE IN THE CITY OF OXFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.(2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
