THE BENEFIT OF THE SICK POOR- SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENTS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF SICK POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN LISS OR GREATHAM IN ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS OR IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT NAMELY—(I) THE SUPPLY OF SPECIAL FOOD AND MEDICINES, MEDICAL COMFORTS, EXTRA BEDDING, FUEL AND MEDICAL AND SURGICAL APPLIANCES; (II) THE PROVISION OF DOMESTIC HELP;(III) THE GRANT OF MONEY SO AS TO ENABLE THE RECIPIENTS TO OBTAIN SUCH BENEFITS AS AFORESAID OR TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF CONVALESCENCE INCLUDING THE EXPENSE OF OBTAINING DOMESTIC HELP DURING CONVALESCENCE
