(2) SUBJECT THERETO, IN PAYING PENSIONS TO PENSIONERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED (PLEASE SEE THE 1999 SCHEME FOR FULL DETAILS).
