THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ("THE OBJECTS") ARE: (A) TO CARE FOR, RELIEVE, REHABILITATE AND GENERALLY ASSIST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (TOGETHER WITH THEIR CARERS, PARENTS AND DEPENDANTS) AND TO PROMOTE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO ACCOMMODATION, CARE, EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING AND OTHER SERVICES AND FACILITIES. THE WORDS "PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES" OR "DISABLED" PEOPLE INCLUDE ANY PERSON WITH A PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SENSORY DISABILITY OR DISADVANTAGE OR RESTRICTION OF ACTIVITY HOWSOEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RACE, NATIONALITY, RELIGIOUS BELIEF, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR AGE.
