(2) TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT TOWN OF HAMPTON WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (3) TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID AREA WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM. (PLEASE SEE SCHEMES FOR DETAILS).
