THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:(1) THE PROVISION OF A SCHOOL IN OR NEAR THE PARISH OF RIVINGTON. (A) RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH SHALL BE GIVEN IN THE SCHOOL.(B) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 5 (POWER TO DISPOSE OF AND REPLACE PURPOSE PROPERTY), THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THIS OBJECT. (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR THE SCHOOL.(3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 21 RESIDENT FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST TWO YEARS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (4) FOR THE RELIEF OF NEED DUE TO POVERTY, SICKNESS OR OLD AGE OF THOSE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
