PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TARVIN, PREFERENCE GIVEN TO SUCH PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF FOULK STAPLEFORD.
