SPECIAL PAYMENTS TO RELIEVE SICKNESS OR INFIRMITY• PROVISION OF ITEMS E.G. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, FOOD, FUEL, HEATING• PROVISION OF SERVICES E.G. ESSENTIAL HOUSE REPAIRS, MEALS ON WHEELS, CLEANING, ESSENTIAL UTILITIES• PROVISION OF FACILITIES E.G. SUPPLY OF TOOLS OR BOOKS OR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT INTENDED TO BRING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE BENEFICIARIES TO A REASONABLE STANDARD• OTHER PRACTICAL WAYS OF ASSISTING PEOPLE IN POVERTY
