SPECIAL PAYMENTS TO RELIEVE SICKNESS OR INFIRMITY• PROVISION OF ITEMS E.G. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, FOOD, FUEL, HEATING• PROVISION OF SERVICES E.G. ESSENTIAL HOUSE REPAIRS, MEALS ON WHEELS, CLEANING, ESSENTIAL UTILITIES• PROVISION OF FACILITIES E.G.
