(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES; AND(B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.(2) AT LEAST 7 OF THE HOMES MUST BE RETAINED FOR THE USE OF THE HAVEN HOMES BENEFICIARIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 5.1.(3) THAT 8 HOMES MUST BE RETAINED FOR THE USE OF THE MRS DE LANNOY BENEFICIARIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 5.2.(4) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 6 (POWER TO DISPOSE OF AND REPLACE PURPOSE PROPERTY), THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
