INCOME TO BE APPLIED AS FOLLOWS:- (1) AS TO ONE PER CENT THEREOF TO PAYING THE SAME TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE BARROW AND BROSELEY RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY, IN THE PARISHES OF BARROW AND BROSELEY, IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE, TO BE APPLIED BY THEM FOR THE PURPOSES OF THAT CHARITY; (2) AS TO SEVEN PER CENT THEREOF BY PAYING THE SAME TO THE VICAR FOR THE TIME BEING OF MAISEMOOR, IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE, IN AUGMENTATION OF HIS STIPEND; (3) AS TO TWENTY-SEVEN PER CENT THEREOF BY PAYING THE SAME TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE BRIDGNORTH RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY, AT BRIDGNORTH, TO BE APPLIED BY THEM FOR THE PURPOSES OF THAT CHARITY; (4) AS TO THE RESIDUE THEREOF BY PAYING THE SAME TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARY MAGDALENE WITH ST LEONARD, BRIDGNORTH, TO BE APPLIED BY THAT COUNCIL IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CLERGY IN THAT ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH; PROVIDED THAT IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE RESIDUAL INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS AFORESAID THE COUNCIL SHALL APPLY IT IN OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THAT ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH.
