(2) THE RESIDUE TO BE APPLIED IN AUGMENTING THE RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL MEAN THE COMMUNITIES OF ST. ASAPH, BODELWYDDAN, CEFN AND WAEN ALL IN CLWYD.
