INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN PAYMENT OF THE SALARY OF A DISTRICT NURSE TO BE KNOWN AS "THE LAWRENCE NURSE" WHO SHALL WORK IN THAT CAPACITY IN THE HOUSES OF SICK POOR IN THE PARISHES OF SKIRBECK AND BOSTON PRIORITY TO BE GIVEN TO SICK POOR MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. BALANCE OF INCOME (IF ANY) TO BE DIVIDED EQUALLY BETWEEN THE RECTOR OF ST. NICHOLAS, SKIRBECK AND THE VICAR OF BOSTON, TO BE APPLIED BY EACH OF THEM IN AID OF THE SICK POOR OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARISHES IN SUCH MANNER AS EACH OF THEM THINK FIT.
