THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS:(I) NECESSITOUS CONVALESCENTS AND THEIR CARERS WHETHER OR NOT THEY HAVE RECEIVED TREATMENT IN ANY HOSPITAL, PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO PERSONS RESIDING IN LEICESTER OR LEICESTERSHIRE AND PERSONS WHETHER RESIDING IN LEICESTER OR LEICESTERSHIRE OR NOT WHO ARE NOT RECEIVING LIKE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE ACT OR FROM ANY HOSPITAL ON HOME. (II) ANY CHARITABLE CORPORATION OR SOCIETY PROVIDING FREE SERVICE FOR NECESSITOUS CONVALESCENTS AND THEIR CARERS.
