DURING SUCH TIME AS AN ASSISTANT CURATE IS EMPLOYED AND A VICAR IS OFFICIATING IN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME IN PAYING A YEARLY SUM OF NOT LESS THAN $120 IN AUGMENTATION OF THE STIPEND OF THE SAID ASSISTANT CURATE AND SUBJECT THERETO, SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (I) IN PAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE SAID VICAR INCURRED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS PAROCHIAL DUTIES, AND (II) IN AUGMENTING THE STIPEND OF THE SAID VICAR.
