1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PARISH HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF KINGSTON NEAR LEWES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) THE LAND AND BUILDING BELONGING TO THE CHARITY (WHICH IS VESTED IN THE OFFICIAL CUSTODIAN FOR CHARITIES FOR ALL THE ESTATE AND INTEREST THEREIN BELONGING TO OR HELD IN TRUST FOR THE CHARITY BY THE ABOVE-MENTIONED SCHEME OF THE 22ND MARCH 1965) SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PARISH HALL AS AFORESAID: PROVIDED THAT THE SAID LAND AND BUILDING MAY BE USED BY THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCILOF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. PANCRAS, KINGSTON ON SUNDAYS AND ON USUAL FESTIVE DAYS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FOR ECCLESIASTICAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND ON SUCH TERMS AS SHALL BE AGREED WITH THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT.
