(I) TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING IN A COMMON EFFORT TOADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIGION, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTSOF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THEOBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(II) TO ASSIST IN OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT FOR THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING, ANDTO PROVIDE AN INTERPRETER IN CASES OF DISPUTE OR MISUNDERSTANDINGBETWEEN THEM AND THEIR EMPLOYERS.(III) TO VISIT THE SICK AND OTHERS IN THEIR HOMES, AND TO RELIEVE FINANCIALHARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.
