IF AT ANY TIME THERE SHALL BE A SURPLUS OF THE INCOME OF THE HOSPITAL AFTER PROVIDING FOR THE DUE MAINTENANCE OF THE HOSPITAL AND OF ITS OFFICERS, IN-PENSIONERS AND OUT-PENSIONERS.
