FOR THE BENEFIT OF WIDOWS, LADIES LIVING ALONE OR WITH THEIR CHILDREN OR CARER OR SPINSTERS ON LOW INCOMES, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PRESENT CALDERDALE WARD OF SKIRCOAT AND/OR IN SUCH PARTS OF THE PARISHES OF ST JUDE AND ALL SAINTS, HALIFAX, AS ARE WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF SKIRCOAT AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SELECT, AND IN SUCH WAY AS THEY CONSIDER MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE RECIPIENTS, TO ASSIST THEM IN THEIR FUTURE HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES OR ANY EXPENSES THAT THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER TO BE WORTHY OF SUPPORT. THE BENEFITS OF THE TRUST SHALL NOT BE RESTRICTED TO MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
