THE PENSIONERS SHALL BE PERSONS AGED OVER 60 YEARS, RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES TO BE IN POSITIONS OF NEED. SUCH PERSONS WILL BE ENTITLED, AS DEFINED BY THE TRUSTEES, TO USE THE NAME SHARPLES OR HESMONDHALGH AND WHOSE OWN SURNAME OF SHARPLES OR HESMONDHALGH IS ENTERED IN A REGISTER OF BIRTHS.
