TO PROVIDE A MISSION ROOM OR MISSION ROOMS FOR THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION OF BENEFICIARIES. 4. TO RELIEVE BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
