THE CHARITY SHALL HAVE FULL POWER TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR FEES AND OTHER PAYMENTS ONLY TO THOSE FALLING WITHIN THE CLASSES OF BENEFICIARIES REFERRED TO IN CLAUSES 3 (2) (A) TO (F) ABOVE AND 3(3) (A) TO (F) ABOVE.
