IN CARRYING OUT THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS, THE TRUSTEES MUST GIVE PREFERENCE TO PLACES SITUATED IN AND PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE NORTHERN COUNTIES OF ENGLAND AND THEN TO OTHER AREAS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
