(1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY ONE-THIRD OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WOODFORD OR WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDED AS A PUPIL AT A SCHOOL IN THE SAID PARISH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (2) THE REMAINING TWO-THIRDS OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE RELIEF IN NEED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WOODFORD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
